Basic principles of Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga is a dynamic, flowing system of yoga that connects the movement of the body with the breath. Although it can be practiced at various levels, the key principles remain the same. Both seasoned practitioners and beginners are invited to join this explorative workshop in which Mariëlle will guide you through a revision of the basics of breath and movement. There will be room for research in standing postures. The workshop will combine the generation of heat, reflection and stillness. Join us for a heart warming start of your weekend!

Marielle was introduced to yoga almost two decades ago. Soon she fell in love with the Asthanga yoga system. She is a student of internationally know senior teacher Dena Kingsberg, and completed her three year committed practitioners program in Byron Bay in 2017. Grab your chance to learn from this very experienced, down to earth and kind teacher.
